On render, each sprite and paletted sprite draw command is transformed into specific GPU draw data (ShaderSpriteDrawData) to be consumed by the Sprite vertex shader. The GPU draw data is 64 bytes to be a power of two 2 as required by the SPIR-V spec for structured buffer and it is also faster to index on the GPU.
